As you are aware it is totally impossible to contact anyone within Australian Super Pty Ltd.
The Call Centre are human robots who are not able to transfer you to anyone. If you do manage to talk to a Supervisor they lie to you and palm you off and hang up on you.
We have managed to track down some information that may help you and probably annoy the hell out of Australian Super Pty Ltd.

NOTE: Administration Staff at Australian Super Pty Ltd have been instructed not to answer calls and only except communications through email. I left over 12 voicemails on Sara Jankovic's voicemail over a 5 day period and have not had one returned call or email reply.
