Near Death

Does someone have to die before Australian Super Pty Ltd realise that they have serious internal processing issues and a Call Centre from hell for members to deal with? From what we can tell Australian Super Pty Ltd are simply ignoring the issues and hope that the issues will go away and members will just give up trying to get information from them. 

All you have to do is read the reviews online to see how many members are experiencing the same issues. 

  • Dealing with the Call Centre fron hell
  • Lack of communication from Australian Super Pty Ltd
  • Waiting upwards of 30+ days for withdrawal to be processed
  • Call Centre Employees lack of knowledge
  • Inability to talk to Supervisor and/or Manager
