Brainwashed Call Centre Staff

You probably thinking I'm being a bit harsh using the word Brainwashed. 
For those who have had the excruciating experiencing their Call Centre will understand. 

The Call Centre staff are more like robots, immediatley asking you to ID yourself without saying "Hello, how can I help you" eg.

Because everything is outsourced Call Centre Staff do not have access to any details other than the basic information on your account, eg

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email address
  • Notes on your account

They do not have the ability to transfer a call to anyone other than a Supervisor/Team Leader and that is an extreme rare occurance
All they can do is escalate calls via an email which takes upwards of 30 days to reply, god forbid if something is urgent. 

They can't think for them selves, cant thinkout side the box to help anyone.
