Below is an extract from Australian Super Pty Ltd's Annual Report 2022.
We have given our rating to each of their Member First Governance.
We find it very amusing as non of the above relates to member service. All relates to making money for their members which is great but there are major issues within the business relating to member service.
There is NO transparency to members with relating to all the internal issues they are having.
Have members been informed of the outsourcing to The Link Group? NO!
We believe that all the issues they are having with withdrawals is related to The Link Group.
